  Best guest house in Manchester

  Liked: This is easily the best place you can stay at in Manchester. Extremely affordable, clean and quiet. Selena is a perfect host and is extremely accommodating for any needs. A quick tram ride and you're in the city centre, not to mention the short walk to Etihad stadium. Have stayed here a few times now, absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!

  Good price and location, but some comfort and neighbor issues

  Liked: Well-equipped, properly heated, pretty clean, and in a convenient location for public transport. The bed was okay, but nothing special

  Disliked: I didn’t like the marijuana smell coming from the first floor near my room, which made me uncomfortable. Toilet paper was limited and left in the guest room instead of the bathroom. The first-floor tenant was rude, and combined with the weed smell, it made me want to leave.

  Nice and comfortable stay

  Liked: It was clean, comfortable and organised. The owner has perfectly laid out notes everywhere for help, but otherwise is very responsive if you’ve any questions. It’s a nice and quiet place

  Disliked: Everything was nice but I think the cancellation policy is very strict. It just allows few days window after your booking for cancellation

  Highly remommanded for a comfortable and well equiped stay

  Liked: Easy to find my key and access. 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and a decent sized room. Bed was comfortable, enough towels. Room had a table and chair and there was a sitting area downstairs.

  Disliked: Kitchen was ok, but pans were worn and didn't make contact with the induction plates. Also bread toaster was moldy. This was surprising, since everything else was very well taken care of.
