Exceptional
Exceptional
Very nice would stay again
Liked: Spacious, clean and good location
Disliked: We were told we could check in early but when arrived room wasn’t ready - however the staff were very accommodating and made sure it was done as quick as possible so we weren’t waiting too long
Bad
Disliked: They haven't returned the 150 pounds they charged me as a deposit.
Perfect for short stay with more space than a hotel room
Liked: Staff were friendly & helpful, parking space was secure in undergorund car park, apartment was 2 bedroom and a spacious lounge. we has the balcony doors open and we experience no noise from anywhere.
Disliked: As has been the issue recently the lift was out of action, however it was easy enough to use the stairs and we were on the 4th floor.
Still haven’t received the deposit and it’s been over a month
