  Great

Liked: The room was exactly as pictured, and the property is self check-in. It took a little effort to find the place and understand the access instructions, but I figured it out eventually. The location is excellent, being close to the city center and Old Trafford. There's a shared kitchen and other people seem to live here..

  Disliked: Nothing to mention.

Liked: Room exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, very good value for money. Good location with short taxi to AO Arena & Train station. Didnt use the shared kitchen but it was spotless. Owner prompt at answering phone.

Disliked: Would have loved 2 cups and kettle in room.

Liked: Ok for a place to lay your head

Disliked: On arrival had to clean the toilet bedroom doors where very close together and can hear everything was scared to move or watch TV and was reported by next room instead of confirming anything with us 1st and was told we will be asked to leave for noise and will be checked on in the night also their was no hot water for a few hours it was more like a HO place than a guest house will not be returning
