  Liked: Beautiful hotel, quite grand.

Disliked: We had chosen a room without a window, which I didn’t think I would mind but it’s nice to have a window.

  Brilliant location, lovely and clean

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good, having tea and coffee facilities is just what I like. The room was lovely and clean. There was a hairdryer in the room which is great. I found the room to be very quiet for a city hotel, but I was at the back of the hotel.

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the shower not working. Which seems to be a problem as I've stay before and the shower didn't work then.
