  An outstanding stay in Manchester that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city

  Liked: The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal for exploring Manchester, and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout. City centre parking is such a huge bonus!

  Very disappointing- deposit unfairly withheld

  Liked: The property itself is very nice, comfortable and in a good location.

  Disliked: Our stay itself was fine, but everything after checkout was a huge disappointment. The host withheld our deposit, claiming there was damage, even though we left the property clean and exactly as we found it. There was no mention of any issue during checkout, and I had to chase them a week after the deposit was due just to get a response. Their replies were slow and unhelpful. When they finally shared “proof,” it was clear the stains and marks shown were old and already there before our stay. We definitely did not cause any damage. The whole experience has been frustrating and unfair, and it completely ruined what was otherwise a good stay.
