  A beautiful, cosy and secure apartment in an amazing location, perfect for a weekend away with friends. We would definit

  Liked: The property was beautiful, with lovely decor and a cosy, welcoming feel. The location was amazing and so convenient for getting around Manchester. There were three of us staying for the weekend and we felt really safe with all the security measures and door codes. The owner was also really helpful and sent us a detailed list of instructions before we arrived, which made everything so easy and straightforward. We had a lovely stay!

  Disliked: There honestly wasn’t much we didn’t like. Everything was lovely and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient weekend away.

  Appalling, no check in info, filthy

  Liked: Location is closed to Piccadilly Gardens so very central.

  Disliked: Didn't receive check in info until 3 days (yes, DAYS) after my arrival (and then no apology or even acknowledgement). Took an hour and a half (after my scheduled arrival) for someone to show up to show me the flat and let me in. Flat is dirty. Hair everywhere. Bits of food. Towels reek of damp. Pillows reek of sweat and they should have been thrown out years ago. Bed is lumpy and gave me backache. TV would not hold WiFi connection, so nothing on it all. Blinds broken and won't open more than a fraction. There are 4 security doors to the flat, all with different codes. Other tenants slam them repeatedly. Flat location is great for the city (but drug users everywhere) but everything else is appalling.

  Amazing location and comfortably; good communication given the international barrier; would bring some of our own items

  Liked: Amazing stay! The location was so convenient for walking and taking public transport to anywhere. The studio style was perfect for me and my partner to stay in for a week and we got good use out of every corner. Came with good toiletries and equipment for a week long stay. Our host was very helpful at welcoming us in and had pretty good communication throughout our stay.

  Disliked: There was a lack of some common items such as extra trash bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies (ie vacuum or broom), and blankets. However, we still had a great stay! I lost some communication with our host near the end of our stay and was unsure of checkout directions, so we took our best guest and tried to leave the place as we found it.

  Great value apartment in the heart of the city

  Liked: A lovely apartment and exactly as shown in the photos. The doors to reach the apartment are easy to use once you do the first one. The bed linen and towels are so soft and smell great. Be prepared for a little road noise. The location is perfect for the city and there are buses and trams just round the corner. Really great value.

  Disliked: Nothing that I didn't like.

  Great little apartment

  Liked: Superb apartment in the heart of Manchester City centre. It's got everything you need for a short stay. You have to go through 4 doors to access the property but it's very simple to do. Highly recommended
