  Liked: Comfortable room. Friendly staff.

  Disliked: The meeting room. ( Regent Suite)Refreshments were not refreshed with dirty cups being left all day and several pleas for hot water ignored.

  Shower didn’t work but comfy beds and great view

  Liked: Beds were very comfy and amazing view of Salford quays

  Disliked: The shower was awful. It had no cold so it was boiling hot and I couldn’t use it. For £200+ I’d expect a working shower

  Liked: Location was good and breakfast was nice

  Disliked: Room was small, dated, definitely not 4 star quality. Gym remained closed throughout our stay. Taps in bathroom were old and non functional. The bedsheets were too small for the bed so kept slipping off in the night and made we wake up. We could feel a draft coming through the windows

  stay excellent loved every minute just didn’t like the shower
