  Clean, comfortable and convenient with a warm welcome and value for money

  Liked: Excellent location in the city centre and very helpful staff. A well appointed apartment that met all our needs.

  Disliked: It felt too warm. There was a fan but it was too big for the bedroom. And the view was uninspiring - our apartment overlooked the back street. But we did not come for the view and will definitely stay again.

  Liked: Great location. Very clean. Very nice apartment with all necessary equipment. Lovely staff.

  Lovely clean and spacious apartment in great central location with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend

  Liked: The family apartment was lovely and far exceeded our expectations; it was just perfect for my older son and I to stay whilst visiting my daughter in Manchester. It was clean, very spacious and a great location in the centre of Manchester. The reception desk was always manned and all the staff were very friendly. We had trouble opening up the sofa into a bed but the man on reception quickly came up and showed us (tip is to remove seat cushions and pull the top back cushions towards you then it rotates into a big sofa bed) We booked the underground car park which was very good - enter through shutter doors to secure parking giving you lift access to reception and apartment Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely stay here again when visiting daughter.

  Disliked: Nothing really only, in hindsight, wished I had asked for a double duvet for the large sofa bed rather than single we were given.

Good to know

Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please note a pre-authorization of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
