  Great location

  Liked: Sam at reception was really welcoming. Food was excellent. Room large and very comfortable.

  Disliked: Had a bit of a challenge getting the heating/Aircon to temperature.

  Comfortable sleep and excellent breakfast

  Liked: Really friendly welcoming staff. Secure luggage storage. Really good breakfast selection. Comfortable room with a fridge.

  Disliked: Double glazed windows as you could hear sirens

  Liked: The location, breakfast

  Disliked: Considering this is a Top hotel, I was very disappointed that the big screen TV did not have chromecast or screen mirroring. After a long day of sightseeing and walking, I like to come back to the hotel, kick off my shoes, relax on the bed and watch my apps from my phone to the TV. Due to not having this. I had to watch my TV on my small phone. Very disappointed. Chromecast and screen mirroring should be a must in this hotel.

  Disappointing for such a recognised brand

  Liked: The location is very good and met all expectations.

  Disliked: Firstly, I stay in hotels frequently and prior to COVID stayed at this particular one several times. However, on this occasion I found the hotel way below parr. The room was cold and the heating system inadequate. The WiFi was very poor and I noted several guests having the same problem. When one relies on good connectivity it is disappointing and annoying. The staff were particularly unhelpful insisting that it was working. I could not navigate the paid WiFi system kept stopping as the final steps were required. None of the staff seemed to know what to do. The staff themselves on the front desk all had very strong accents which were difficult to understand and as they all spoke in whispered tones I found it hard to understand them. Not helpful.

  Liked: Very friendly and professional staff. Room was very comfortable and clean.The bed was so comfortable. Location was superb. Breakfast had lots of great options. Close to trains and trams. Walking distance to city centre. Staff at the front desk were especially helpful. Excellent value for money.
