  Liked: Location & reasonably clean

  Disliked: Aircon in the room didn't work, reported it but it wasn't fixed until the second day. Items quickly ran out at breakfast, some were replaced quickly but not others

  Breakfast chefs need more staff

  Disliked: Breakfast was very busy and only one member of staff doing the hot breakfast food, so unfortunately had to wait a while for things to be cooked

  I wouldn’t stay there again as a lone woman in Manchester

  Liked: The bed was comfortable

  Disliked: The toilet was running all night long. The room was t cleaned thoroughly. There was active drug use outside my hotel window and the staff were dismissive

  Disliked: Due to our train being delayed, we had to cancel our dinner reservation at a restaurant in town. So we asked if we could order the “going out out” package which consisted of 2 pizzas, garlic bread and Prosecco. To which I was told no, as this has to be preordered. I explained the situation and was told, no and I could order it all individually, but could not get the deal.
