  I’d stay again, comfy, clean, good location- fine for a night or two

  Liked: Comfy beds, clean room, spacious,

  Disliked: Brasserie was under refurb so breakfasts weren’t an option. But coffee was available

  Liked: Beds were very comfortable. Nice bathroom products.

  Disliked: We were given standard twin rooms after booking and paying extra for superior because there were no standards left available. The brasserie was shut for refurbishment which we were not aware of.

  Kendal initiation

  Liked: Location close to train station. Room gave view onto the river. Sauna and steam rooms gave an opportunity to relax.

  Brilliant location, very friendly staff!

  Liked: An amazing location in close proximity to Manchester Piccadilly Train Station and the city centre. Very friendly staff and a spacious, comfortable hotel with great facilities. Generously sized bed and plenty of space to move around in the room. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

  Disliked: A couple of small improvements could be made to our room, with the light above the desk not working and the soap dispensers proving quite tricky as they regularly got jammed. Also, perhaps a pair of complimentary slippers would be useful for the room with slightly cold floors.
