  Poor value, clean, basic, good staff. Breakfast

  Disliked: For the price, very basic. Not luxury, very soulless. Room on 4th floor had broken AC, is it not tested?? No phone in Room, expected to use our own at our expense to contact reception. Mean amount of tea and coffee. Had to walk to recep

  Liked: Location was good as its only 20 - 25 min walk to Manchester stadium and restaurants nearby are very convenient

  Disliked: Rooms are basic, bar menu is basic and so is breakfast but the most inconvenient thing was having to pay extra for parking, I feel that parking should be free to guests for at least 24hrs of arrival, then maybe a small charge for extra time, we paid £24 to park from 12pm untill 3pm the next day so just over 24hrs, I feel parking should be included in the price of your stay not an added extra

  So so.. friendly helpful staff though

  Disliked: Breakfast stone cold, room needed some tlc. Broken bathroom bits side of toilet - got scratched.
