  Great location for events at the Lowry. Lovely staff

  Liked: Great breakfast options and lovely staff.

  Disliked: There was an ambient light in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off which is a minus point for anyone who needs close to complete darkness to sleep. Upon arrival, the first thing we were asked to do was moving our car, which is fair. We would have appreciated a heads up that the way back is rather long so maybe ask people to unload and leave the luggage before moving the car.

  Brilliant place to stay if you are going to the Lowery theatre as its only 5 minute walk from the ho

  Liked: From the staff greeting when we arrived to the room which was again beautiful. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with so much choice.

  Disliked: Had to pay £50 on my card for a deposit incase any damage to the run. Money went straight out my account but now I have to wait for the hotel to refund it back to me.

  Liked: I truly appreciated the quality of the service provided by the entire team during my visit. The setting was absolutely wonderful and contributed significantly to my overall experience.
