Jane made our stay, we will be back

Liked: Customer service received from Jane was excellent. Jane went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The room upgrade was very much appreciated.

Disliked: Preferred the table service at breakfast that we have had at our previous stays instead of the self service buffet for English breakfast. Coffee machines were hit and miss but better on the second morning.
