  Would definitely return. Excellent value, friendly staff, lovely accommodation

  Liked: Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, enormous bed with beautiful bedding and stunning views of the Manchester skyline. Perfect location for gigs at the Academy or visiting family at the university.

  A comfortable and clean hotel which is in a great place for visiting the university

  Liked: The hotel was in a good location, particularly if you want to be near the university. It was clean and our room was a good size. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: I had pre-paid for the room but still needed to give a deposit and, unexpectedly, I needed to provide I.D. I didn’t have a purse with me but luckily had a copy of my passport on my phone. I don’t know why I needed to give I.D and wasn’t particularly happy at having to pay a deposit.

  Friendly, efficient, clean comfortable and in a great location

  Liked: An excellent location, very close to where we were going. Ideal for city centre. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

  Disliked: Extremely expensive breakfast, which we didn’t choose to have but eat a lovely breakfast at a nearby location.

  Only booked for location to Manchester museum poor value for money poor

  Liked: Location was great for our purpose. Allowed our room before 3

  Disliked: Too expensive booked 3 rooms totalling over £600 for less than 12 hours. Only 2 tea bags in the room! No biscuits! Difficult to understand staff on reception not particularly friendly.
