  Good location cleanliness could be improved

  Liked: Location and modern facilities

  Disliked: Cleanliness, found a bag of drugs in our room. It shows to me that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly but also it’s absolutely not on for us to check in and find this at the side of the desk, very unpleasant

  Ten out of ten, will defo be staying again

  Liked: All of it was great! Speedy check in, super comfy bed. Didnt have breakfast but the bar etc looked gorgeous.

  Disliked: Nothing!! All of it we used was fab.

  Very disappointing

  Liked: Good location for what we needed. Spacious room

  Disliked: No shower mat available despite 2 x requests for one, notice in bathroom says they are available upon request. Waiting a significant amount of time after each request but no one came to bring one and no phone call to room to say there weren’t any available. Left me unable to use shower facilities due to fear of slipping in shower Dinner ok but not as described and nowhere near worth the £18.50 price tag. Some staff not very proactive.

  Liked: Comfy beds and clean room. Didn't need the extra bed in there and would have preferred more space but I guess it was just who ever was allocated certain rooms and didnt find it a problem as we were just using the room for sleeping. Fab check out time even though we needed to leave before for the train but appreciate there was no pressure to rush out and get breakfast in before checkout.

  Disliked: Wasn't expecting to have to wait for a table for breakfast. The waiting area was smaller than the queue and wasnt clear we needed to tell them our room number at the front of the queue before joining the back again.

  Excellent location and room, very polite staff, just let down by breakfast!

  Liked: Excellent staff throughout. Lovely room with a great view.

  Disliked: Poor selection of fresh fruit. No warm plates available for hot food. BUT the hot food wasn't really hot, snotty fried eggs, generally poor quality and colder than is acceptable, it was definitely cold when I sat back at my table. Coffee was cool even from the automatic machine. Whilst it was a busy time of the day and the hotel was busy, there were not enough staff clearing tables and refilling food stations. I felt sorry for the staff and felt like helping out.
