  Hope to stay again

Liked: Excellent value. Basic but clean, warm and comfortable and all I needed. Quiet location but on frequently served bus route with excellent links to city. Breaklfast was excellent, especially freshly cooked muffins with local produce. Lounge with comfy chairs and interesting library to browse. Pleasant courtyard to sit in, weather permitting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice park for walks opposite. New Lidl being built very near. Would definitely recommend and would stay if visiting Manchester again.

  Disliked: Nothing.

Great value and location for a short stay

Liked: Lovely atmosphere, great staff and fab home made breakfast.

Disliked: We requested a quiet room but first night we had a water pipe tapping noise all night (room 522). We were move to a quieter room (723) for remaining nights.
