  The marriott Piccadilly a great hotel

  Liked: The marriott is a superb hotel, staff were helpful and friendly, The bar area was good food was very good in the bar area

  Disliked: Only downside i have is the breakfast is a little hit and miss one day no bacon, 2nd day no pancakes, its very hectic queuing for tables needs a better system but the staff were excellent always trying best to do the best for you

  Decent hotel, few improvements need sorting

  Liked: Good location, rooms spacious and clean we have amazing view could see etihad stadium and reception staff friendly. Night time staff at bar very nice also and parking next to hotel £20 a day

  Disliked: Breakfast was a bit of a let down, buffet - always empty dishes was either no eggs available or no beans or no hash browns so couldn’t get a full breakfast not enough chefs or organisation not up to marks which comes down to manager as the food was good also the pancakes absolutely disgusting Icey cold like they’ve been in fridge we stayed 2 nights and complained as my little boy wanted them. Eventually put some warm ones out but just reheats from microwave could tell manager wasn’t bothered and even no Nutella so only choice of topping was jam or syrup on a cold pancake? Manager needs to sort simple things out the chefs were over worked one guy doing omelettes and the eggs aswell

  highly recommended for a pleasant and enjoyable stay

  Liked: We spent two nights at the hotel in a Deluxe Family Room, and we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The room was very comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The hotel’s location was excellent, with all the places we wanted to visit easily and conveniently accessible.It is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, and Piccadilly Gardens is also within easy walking distance. The staff were always kind, attentive and extremely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant, where the Breast of Chicken was absolutely fantastic – a truly delicious dish, perfectly prepared. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I am very happy that we chose this hotel. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, and we would definitely love to return!

Good to know

The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.

The thermal suite is charged at GBP 15 per person. The use is free of charge for guests who have booked treatments.

Car parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and guests advised to use the RingGo app to manage their own parking and to be charged at GBP 20 per 24 hours.

Late check-out is subject to availability and costs GBP 30 per hour.

The Harmony & Serenity spa at Manchester Piccadilly Hotel offers 6 treatment rooms, a nail bar, thermal suite including a steam room, sauna and ice shower and a relaxation area for our guests to unwind and relax in. Hotel guests can purchase 2-hour facilities pass for £15.00 per person (subject to availability on the day)**

The Spa is open for treatments Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. To avoid disappointment we recommended spa treatments are pre-booked prior to arrival.

Exchange Bar & Scottish Steak House Lunch Monday to Sunday – 12pm until 3pm (Last seating 14:40)
