  Do not stay here

  Liked: Location

Disliked: No blinds or curtains on lounge window,???. People from block opposite can see in, no privacy at all. Please be aware that there is no wifi at all, you cannot use tv or any laptops etc. They is a token gesture dongle sticking out of the TV that does nothing at all. A wifi connection with router costs less than a £1 a day. You have to pick the key up and drop it off, I had to be in work at 9.30 but when I tried to drop the key off at 9 am the shop was closed making me late. There is no balcony or city view, only another apartment block metres away. It's says if you need secure parking, park in premier inn for £8, it's actually £20. Couldn't find towel initially, they where still in the washing machine. Found a long thick black hair on the worktop. Got told not to speak to the concierge as they are grumpy??????. In fact they are very nice and had a very informative chat with them.. The advertising is designed to decieve you into staying here. Spend your money booking somewhere else.

Liked: I booked this for my daughter and her boyfriend as they were attending a concert at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. The communication with Chris the host was excellent, he responded quickly to queries we had leading up to the stay and provided all the details about keys, parking etc the day before arrival. My daughter said the collection of keys was seamless, very straight forward. They said the apartment was perfect. It was a good base and literally just a hop and skip from where the concert was. They also enjoyed a visit to the Trafford Centre for shopping as it was nearby too.

  Disaster

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: NO PARKING NO BALCONY NO WI-FI SIMPLY NOT GOOD nothing he advertises is true. When I asked where is the balcony, he played dumb asking “ did we advertise for a balcony? Let me check “!!!! The “balcony” is a common area on the 14th floor. Simply the worst choice ever
