Great location, helpful staff, but very poor coeliac vegan / vegetarian breakfast

  Liked: Location

Disliked: Very poor breakfast (in spite of reviews)- nothing for coeliac vegetarians - no mushrooms or tomatoes. Tint fruit salad with just green apples and grapes in it- not good for digestion! No brown gf bread- dry white rolls. Disappointing breakfast but otherwise good with pleasant staff and great location so would just not book breakfast again and get a better breakfast locally, and cheaper.

  Excellent

Liked: The location was perfect for the Opera House. Georgia at reception was very welcoming and friendly. She is a credit to the hotel. We also liked the quirkiness and the games in the lobby. The rooms were also very clean and to a high standard.

Disliked: The bed was incredibly soft, which for us personally wasn't ideal.
