  Great location shame about the penny pinching approach to ensuring your hurt feels valued

  Liked: The greeting by the host

  Disliked: I stayed at the property and I had one small towel. No tea cloth no oven gloves and the apartment was so bare it had no mirrors for styling hair. No pictures on the wall It felt like bargain basement. All this owner cares about is the margin. The main reason I am so unhappy is that I was messaged twice the day before departure asking for check out time. I have paid for five nights please have consideration for your guest

  Basic apartment, a bit run down

  Liked: The area was ideal, it was a good size & everything worked as expected. Staff were very responsive to communications. Parking was easy & secure.

  Disliked: The apartment was stained in multiple areas (flooring, bedding). Very basic utensils in the kitchen (not everything we needed). The main door slammed & was difficult to open/close & could do with a bit of wood shaving off.

  Liked: Staff were very helpful & kindly agreed for the wrong apartment to be cancelled & the booking moved to the correct one. Location was ideal. Good amount of space in the apartment.

  Disliked: Apartment had stains in several places. The equipment, particularly in the kitchen was basic & only just enough for what was needed. It was difficult to cool the apartment at the end of the heatwave. A fan was provided but it was covered in dust.

The apartments are strictly nonsmoking. Parties, loud music, or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Guests behaving irresponsibly will be asked to leave immediately by the onsite security staff.
