  Liked: The room was clean and lovely, the hotel itself is stunning.

  Disliked: No sleep due to noise from local nightlife, the lift was right by my room so heard every person come and go, doors opening and closing the are heavy doors and people walking round there rooms and the hall all night! Left at 5am to go home so I could actually sleep

  Could of been better and disappointed with the money we paid

  Liked: The property was good and in a great location for us to go to a concert

  Disliked: We were booked for a superior room and if I’m honest I don’t think it was upgraded. It was missing all the amenities meant to come with the superior room. There was no coffee machine, we were missing our waters and robes. When we did eventually get the robes we weren’t given enough. Only two bottles of water were given. Pool area I think needs an upgrade. Timings for children are really restricted so we barely got anytime in the pool before being asked to leave. They seem to focus more on their spa customers than the hotel guests paying a lot of money to stay. Beds were two single beds pushed together which were uncomfortable and the cabin bed for my daughter was really uncomfortable and cheap. We didn’t sleep well at all.
