  Lovely stay, fantastic staff

Liked: Probably the best check in of my life, arrived just after 4 and was checked in by the friendliest gentleman. He couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and informative. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he finished that night (30/10) at 10.30pm. excellent hot chocolate recommendation 👌🏻

Disliked: Fantastic rooms with so much... But no full length mirror? I was surprised as the rooms are extremely well thought out.

Great place to stay but sort breakfast out

Liked: Central. The suite we had was perfect for 3 of us. Great value for money and lovely staff

Disliked: Breakfast was a shambles. Breakfast food area too small for the number of people and constant lack of hot food. Not enough tables we ended up on low chairs with plates on laps
