Great place if you are staying for work or multiple days and the facilities in the room are great

Liked: The room was great couldnt ask for much more, large two separate areas, bedroom. Somewhere to eat food or work so it didnt feel everything was in the same place. Fridge, Mircowave, if you were staying for a couple of days it would have been perfect.

Disliked: The shared area and the shop area isnt great and really expensive.

Disliked: After having a delightful stay at your Edinburgh location last year we were looking forward to staying in Manchester. Although the facilities matched Edinburgh the room was a depressing dungeon in the basement with no window or natural light. Also there were doors banging outside our room from 6am onwards. The first morning all the croissants provided for breakfast were gone by the time we went to collect them.

  Good room, good location

  Liked: Big room, good location

Disliked: Let down by little niggles. Toilet seat not fixed on properly and wrong size anyway, bathroom taps not fixed to counter and wobbly, coffee machine in reception not working

Liked: A mezzanine bed, lounge, kitchenette, shower, bath, 3 TVs and two toilets in one room in the centre of Manchester for £82!

Disliked: A few of us stayed here with separate rooms and not everyone had the same experience. Those in the lower floors had complaints, so ask for the 5th floor!
