  Would definitely stay again!

  Liked: Easy to find, good parking nearby, great location. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Went the extra mile to make it more personable with little extras. Room was decorated lovely, clean and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again

  Liked: Exceeding my expectations! Lovely reception with a complimentary glass of prosecco and generous nibbles. The room was cosy and the beds very comfortable with a very impressively designed bathroom. Lovely selection for breakfast which is served in the room at your specified time. A real gem of a place in an excellent location. Will definitely be back if in Liverpool!!

  Location, facilities and staff fantastic would stay again

  Liked: room small but as advertised. Comfy bed great for max two night stay. Shower /bathroom great. Complimentary shows gel etc, breakfast delivered to room great again. Night porter excellent his name was Daniel

  A lovely, comfortable stay with thoughtful little touches

  Liked: The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, tidy and very comfortable. It was a nice touch having a hairdryer, straighteners and curling tongs available in the room along with both still and sparkling water. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing – I only wish I'd asked where they were from! Breakfast arrived on time, and both the food and drinks were lovely and warm. The Prosecco and little tray of nibbles on arrival were such a thoughtful touch, especially as we hadn't eaten. They kept us going nicely until we headed out for the evening. I especially liked the checkout time - 11ish! Overall, a really lovely stay with lots of thoughtful little extras that made it feel special. We'd definitely recommend it!

  Disliked: The only small downsides were the lack of somewhere to hang clothes, as there was just a small hook on the back of the door, which wasn't really sufficient. The shower was a little on the cold side, and there was a loose floor tile near the bed, which I noticed when getting out of bed. There was also a slight damp smell in the room, which was noticeable at times. These things didn't spoil our stay, but they are a few areas that could do with some attention to make an otherwise lovely experience even better.
