  Great time was possible but ruined by the room and we were dealt with

  Liked: The location and the room size was good

  Disliked: The room was cold and the heating didn't work it was blowing cold air and not hot like it was meant to, The towel was stained, the toilet was blocked and the bath was marked, the small portable heater in the room was not enough to heat the room which makes me think they knew the heater didn't work on the wall the air con unit, the breakfast was ok but the sausage was extremely fatty, my wife as autism so the extreme temperatures were trigger for her I will be taking this further
