  Would def return to visit

Liked: Great quirky hotel so central to city centre. Really unusual decor but brilliant and such a good change from corporate grey/black.

  Disliked: Nothing

  Will never stay again

  Liked: The room

Disliked: Staff on the reception. It was my birthday and despite paying from the room fully in advance, they would not let me into it until my partner arrived. I had to do a really important work legal meeting in the noisy bar and they offered me a conciliatory drink that I never received. It was ridiculous. It weas because I didn't have the physical card I booked it on despite me having it via apple pay. Old systems which clearly need updating. Short sighted policy considering the hotel competition in Manchester.

  Overpriced

Liked: The restaurant and the rooftop bar. Both very nice.

Disliked: Tiny room. Not practical al all. Unconfortable. Didn't like the decoration either.

  Fun and friendly

Liked: Good atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fun interiors

Disliked: Breakfast was a little odd - self service instead of à la carte but also a little awkward to use: lots of people queuing up to use a toaster that didn’t fully work!

Glad we tried it but won’t return

Liked: Quirky hotel - great central location

Disliked: Rooftop bar and main bar weren’t open when we wanted to use them. Main bar closed before 11pm 😉
