Liked: Good breakfast and location.
Disliked: The cost as per all Pitlochry properties is quite expensive.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and secure in a great location
Liked: Breakfast options were great and it was served quickly - as soon as you were ready. The team went over and above in helping me with services they did not offer. Location was very close to centre of Pitlochry and easy to navigate.

Liked: Great location on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk to the centre of Pitlochry. Ample free car parking. Clean modern rooms and good breakfast. We only stayed one night at Pitlochry, and would like to return for a longer stay at Ardvane B and B.
Disliked: There is a wonderful outlook from the back garden of Ardvane, and there could have been better seating to enjoy the setting. There are a lot of steps down from the parking area, and then there is a climb up the stairs again if staying on the first floor. People with mobility issues might struggle especially with large suitcases.
Very good value for money
Liked: Lovely bedroom with convenient en-suite and very tasty breakfast with good choices.
Disliked: The old steps down to the main door were tricky for we older travellers.
