Liked: Location was fab. Lovely big rooms
Disliked: Bed wasnt comfy and the shower was terrible was more a dribble than a shower.

Liked: All round great hotel, catering for all the family. Clean, stylish comfortable rooms with nice little extras. Super breakfast. Great pool. Helpful reception lady who tried her best to help us out when Enchanted Forest cancelled.

Liked: Wow having booked a family room we got 2 separate rooms it was like a flat. Large open room with a fridge!!! We felt spoilt even 2 tv toiletries pure luxury

Ok for one night, passable for the low price
Liked: Great location. Literally a stones throw from the main shopping and ideal as we were visiting for the enchanted forest.
Disliked: Very tired and run down in areas. Our bedroom had several issues, fine for one night but many aspects would have been unsafe for any length of time as we were travelling with a toddler. The bathroom was basic, tired but was clean. Bed comfy and linens clean. The room itself - decor and furniture both in major need of a refresh. The furniture had chips and marks. The fridge was randomly noisey throughout the night along with the toilet system which again was quite loud. The TV didn’t connect to the internet so no streaming is useable. Our TV plug seemed to be broken as it was making cracking noises. It was also positioned very unsafely overhanging the edge of a bedside table (above a travel clot) which we moved as it could easily have been knocked over. Good coffee machine and biscuits. Overall, not bad for the cost but definitely not worth another stay. The spa area was undergoing building work which wasn’t cordoned off or even a sign up. This area was really dirty due to the builders shoes walking in and out. The pool area wasn’t the cleanest but the pool itself was fine and reasonably warm.

Bank House is a separate building from the main Scotland's Spa Hotel.
All facilities like bar and restaurant are in the main hotel but guest staying in the Bank House are very welcome to use the facilities as the please.
The Bank House is Dog Friendly and there is no charge for Dogs staying in the Bank House. While the guests are very welcome to use the main hotel, the main hotel is not Dog Friendly.
