Exceptional
Liked: We loved everything about Braeside cottage. The hosts, the cleanliness of the place, the view, the quality of the bedding, the scones and the shortbread (Karen, we need your recipe) and the fireplace. We can not recommend this place enough. The location is perfect to reach all the local walks (maps and brochures for your own use in the cottage), but all to visit Pitlochry.
Could not recommend this place enough
Liked: Andreas was the consummate host, welcoming and made sure we were always happy, even baking fresh biscuits and scones for us. The accomodation was absolutely spotless and really well equipped.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
Beautiful cottage, great location, super hosts
Liked: This beautifully cosy cottage, is a perfect location for either a summer or winter break in Pitlochry. The hosts Andreas and Karen are super considerate and thoughtful. We had homemade scones and beautiful homemade biscuits. The cottage was so warm and the log fire is a wonderful “ Bush TV” as we would say in Australia. What a gem in an idyllic location, we stayed 3 nights which I had planned for more.
Great place. Would happily have stayed longer
Liked: Very clean and comfortable with great use of space. Beds really comfortable.Host had left essential starter items in kitchen. Home made shortbread brilliant and offered home made scones for the morning.
Disliked: Found parking in drive a little tricky due to angle although there’s dedicated space. A number of steps up to property which may be difficult for some
Great house wonderful hosts fabulous scones and homemade jams altogether perfect
Liked: Lovely. Had everything you needed
Really enjoyable short break
Liked: Everything
Disliked: Nothing
