Very good
A poor example of Scottish hospitality, makes me sad this is what tourists experience
Liked: Location
Disliked: Tired decor, corridors smelled bad, room was pretty rundown particularly the bathroom and staff weren’t particularly friendly or interested in being helpful, e.g. had to guess where our room was and no one asked us how our stay was at check out.
We enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again

Liked: Lovely experience from start to finish. Easy to find the hotel, very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Staff and facilities made it even better.
