Stay good but improvements need looked into
Liked: Staff at reception, staff in dining room, pool was good, breakfast good and location good
Disliked: Room not hoovered, or cleaned during our stay, nowhere to hang your coats or jackets which could be sorted as there's plenty area's in room where they could put coat hooks up, also a decent small table, we asked for one which came but was not clean. Next the pool was good but rules need to be in place regarding running and jumping.
Hotel needs an update and cleaned
Liked: The pool and steam room. They looked nice however the pool water wasn't clean and the steam room was grubby. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms were old and tatty. Not the cleanest, dust and dirt on skirting boards and behind the drawers. Paint work was peeling off in places.
