Exceptional
Liked: Very clean and comfortable. A problem with the heating was very quickly sorted out by Sarra who went above and beyond to help. Lovely toiletries and the dressing gowns and slippers were very welcome.
Would stay again
Liked: Comfortable, clean property which was well appointed including nice extra touches like wireless chargers and dressing gowns. Also appreciated the dishwasher which isn't a given in most small holiday lets. The flat is just off the main Street, 5mins from the station or Co-op and handy for everything. Staff were quick to respond to messages in the app and let me leave my suitcase before check in which was much appreciated.
Disliked: There's always wee things: - lack of bathroom bin - lack of chopping boards in kitchen - one wooden chopping block isn't hygenic - I stayed during an amber storm warning where we were being told to prepare for power cuts. I found there was no emergency torch or candles in the property (apart from the 3 led ones in the living room which don't emit much light)

Liked: Excellent location, excellent facilities, everything you needed was there, easy entry instruction, convenient parking.
Great location
Liked: Great central location, comfortable property and clean. Allowed to drop case off early before the check in time to allow us to go for lunch without our luggage.
Disliked: No faults with the property. Outside noise from the hotel with a barrel delivery at 7am.
disappointing
Disliked: There were numerous overpowering air Fresheners scattered throughout the house. The smell of them was overpowering and probably rather bad for your lungs. The bed and shower were disappointing. The mattress tired, The room was pokey with sharp edges and I have a cut on my leg from trying to navigate between the small gap between the bed and the wall. Parking is difficult. The kitchen lacked a corkscrew and the pots were tired. Not a great experience
