  Great space, well priced in an amazing location to travel around Portsmouth and its many lovely spaces. Good puns bars s

  Liked: Good space in the apartment, well resourced and decorated and great price for all of this. It’s in an amazing location you are literally 10-15 mins walk from everything in different directions, pubs, shops beach, fun fair, restaurants, harbour, bars and historical features, so leaving the car parked for most of the week was a huge bonus.

  Disliked: Sofa wasn’t comfortable to sit on for long but fine for an everyday base and short term use. We had issues with noise from other tenants above us, but the property owner dealt with this very swiftly so it didn’t impact on our stay for long.

  Great location, thoughtful additional touches and excellent communication with owner

  Liked: Good location, owner is an excellent communicator, thoughtful touches - provided complimentary shower gel/shampoo and tea/coffee/sugar and milk sachets, also an electric fan due to the intense heat when I stayed in June!

  Good value for money, spotlessly clean & a great location

  Liked: I appreciated how clean the flat was. I liked the location An iron & ironing board, a fan & a washing machine in the flat - even though I did not use any of them. A good microwave & toaster. An adequate shower with no sign of mould in the shower/bath area. Plenty of towels provided. Good wifi Good tv. The helpfulness of the owner when I had a problem getting into the flat.

  Disliked: The bedside light did not work. No matress protector The tiny sink in the bathroom No small plates Only 1 wine glass (luckily I was solo) No dustpan & brush to sweep up any spills Lack of a hand rail in the shower. No welcome/information pack. (Just the opening & closing the bedroom curtains needs a manual!)

  Overall very happy, would definitely return if in the area again and great value for money if you prefer having a “home

  Liked: Great apartment, ideal for a solo traveller or couple.

  Disliked: Shower head does leak, could do with a change but still more than suitable for showering, wasn’t an inconvenience
