  Perfect base for visiting family and ideally located to enjoy all Portsmouth has to offer

  Liked: Fabulous location, easy to find, safe private parking. Spacious and clean. Well enough equipped to cook and enjoy a Sunday lunch for 10.

  Smashing location and facilities and parking and Paul the owner couldn’t have been more helpful

  A no frills apartment

  Liked: The location near the historic dockyard and Gun wharf Quays shopping area was great. Paul as a host was great with communication

  Disliked: The apartment itself has everything you need and we didn’t mind spending a few hours laying around at the end of the day, however, it is looking tired. The communal areas in stairwell and landings are dirty. The outlook from the living room is undesirable also.
