  We had a lovely stay but these things did impact on our stay because it wasn’t cheap

  Liked: Lovely kitchen diner

  Disliked: The carpet on the stairs was old and the lounge smelt like a young boys room with smelly cushions. The shower didn’t work and dripped all night and was either too hot or too cold. The roof in the bathroom leaked in the rain. The keylock was in a dark cupboard and not easy to find.

  it's okay by UK standards

  Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the house was, except for the dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable.

  Disliked: However, there’s no ventilation in the bathroom, and the shower is a real challenge since it’s hard to adjust the water temperature. The bathroom door and ceiling fans could also use improvement. Overall, it’s hard to give high score points.

  Loved Visiting Portsmouth

  Liked: Large kitchen and dining area, plus access to the patio area. Full facilities in the kitchen plus plenty of cooking utensils. All rooms were spacious and light. Beds were comfortable and clean bed linen. Bathroom good size with separate shower unit. Two toilets were great. Spacious area when you came through the main door. Very good bus service on the main road to many places, if you did not want to drive.
