Unable to stay. No one cared. No full refund as yet

    Liked: Nothing

Disliked: These people double booked me with another couple who started banging on my door at half past midnight. I didn’t end up staying as girl in the couple was pregnant so I vacated. No one from property group would pick up phone. Absolutely disgusting. As are booking.com who as yet have still charged me for a days stay - was meant to be two for an hours stay and getting harassed out of my room at half past midnight.

This location SHOULD NOT BE AN OPTION ON BOOKING.COM. It's an utter disgrace and MUST BE AVOIDED

Liked: I liked how the window blinds were held up by wrapping the string around the leg of a shelf and then secured by using a trouser clip style coat hanger......very stylishl.

Disliked: n was ridiculous....115 Fawcet road...which is NOT on Fawcet road but, as the AI assistant tried to tell me, (I thought it was a wind-up to be honest), "the front door is a blue door that's located next to the dog groomers".....this was not the case....the front door of. the dog groomers is blue, the door to the rooms is a nondescript white plastic door on a side street in the middle of vast amounts of Kebab houses. Then....after establishing that I was at the correct door, there are three key safes. Nothing to indicate that any of them are the one to open the front door. At this point, about q5 minutes in, at 11.30pm on a dark and very unpleasant street (note to ladies...I DONT THINK ITS SAFE) I receive a call from an 'agent' that was unavailable a few minutes before when the AI 'put me through'. Rude is a fair description of the chap. Attitude was of a man who had been woken up from a lager fueled nap on the sofa and was unable to hide his contempt for being disturbed.....who then proceeds to ask me " why can't I enter the provided front door code into ALL THREE key safes in order to find the correct one?"....then we established that the top key-safe was the one to open. Opening it, the key was on a draw string, I entered. There was nothing to indicate where 'Room 4' was, up or down stairs, and so I walked the bottom floor and then climbed the stairs and found the room. Bathroom at the end of the corridor (bathroom was new and clean to be fair) with a few bits of broken towel rail for decoration on the window shelf After entering the room with another key from another key-safe, huge disappointment. Scrat he'd scruffy walls. Sticky laminate floor. Damaged window blinds held up with the use of a coat hanger wrapped around a shelf leg and for some reason, a very sad and lonely ironing board in the corner...but no iron. No kettle. No hint of guest comforts, tea/coffee. The duvet had brown stains.

When Needs Must We Do, But even when needs must... Just dont do it

Liked: There was absolutely nothing I liked about it apart from the fact that it, I couldn't even get in. So, getting in first of all, the bloke was rude to me on the phone, he said, he made me feel like I was stupid because I couldn't, didn't understand the padlock system he was using. Then when you do get in the padlocks, the keys didn't work. It's just, and then he was so rude to me on the phone, it was just unbelievable.
