It was okay. Toilet is not secured to the floor. Nearly fell off when the toilet went fully to the side

Liked: It’s in a nice area close to everything.

Disliked: One of the housekeeping staff were very rude. Didn’t even come back to apologise after being rude, and wrong. Also extremely cold in the property.

Liked: I like the room it is wide and clean.

Disliked: There is no lift and it's hard for me to carry my luggage. They should at least have an extra room for luggage for those who have room upstairs.
