  Lots of fun was had by all the party attending. Very comfortable and cozy

  Liked: Comfortable beds, nice garden excellent facilities. Will definitely book again! Well done

  Disliked: A few more backing trays, oven proof trays would have been better. We made a huge Sunday roast for 7 people and was challenging. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you 🙏

  Good location with spacious bedrooms

  Liked: The house was in a residential area and was good for our visit to the RN Dockyard museums. It was clean and all the bedrooms were spacious. It was also quiet during our stay. Everything worked. Heating was good and wifi. The garden would have been useful for eating outside if we had come earlier in the year.

  Disliked: The kitchen area was a bit small for 6 people and there was no dishwasher. The kitchen equipment was OK, but there could have been a few more items. Street parking is challenging and we often had to drive around the adjoining streets to find a space at night.

  Liked: Large property that can accommodate large families. Property in general was clean.

  Disliked: The property is not luxurious as described, it needs painting (scratches all along the walls) for a refresh. Bathroom towels and linen had seen better days, no tea towels provided or a single loo roll! Most of the furniture was rickety - including the garden furniture which we couldn't use as the cushions were wet. Limited kitchenware suitable for families ie glasses, plates and bowels. Not enough chairs to allow us all to sit around the kitchen table - which leads you to splitting between the kitchen and the lounge area - again, unstable, worn and uncomfortable sofas and chairs. The inside aspect of the fridge door was broken - no shelving so limited to what we could store in there. Although not really needed, the TV didn't work (maybe it was our technical skills?!). Although free, parking is an absolute nightmare - sometimes having to park a couple of roads away and walking back - not easy with children. Our personal opinion is that that property is expensive for what it is, we have definitely stayed in nicer places.

  Property a bit below expectation

  Liked: The property was big enough for the party of 12 that we were. We were able to hang out comfortably. The garden was good and so were the showers.

  Disliked: I would hardly call the property a luxurious one. There were initially not enough towels for use, the first morning. Also, some of the sheets on the beds were not fresh sheets. These issues were rectified once I put a complaint through. A few sheets and towels were delivered on the next day. Good response from the staff. Finding parking on the street was also a bit of a nightmare. Also found the the bottom of one of the cupboards in the kitchen was broken and some doors to some rooms could not be shut, hence occupants of those rooms, could not have full privacy.
