A disappointing apartment for our stay in Portsmouth

Liked: The apartment was situated in the University area less than 10 minutes from the railway station. There were bars and restaurants nearby and a small supermarket. WiFi was good. The beds were comfortable.

Disliked: It is in a busy area so noise from traffic and bars. The entrance area and communal area was shabby and dirty. There was no guest folder with any information. In the kitchen, there was no sink plug or washing up bowl, no tea towel to dry the dishes, no cleaning cloths or washing up liquid. There were no instruction manuals for the electrical appliances. In the bathroom, the toilet did not flush properly, there was no bath mat, no towel rail or any shelf to put on any toiletries.

Very clean and beautiful home for a family

Liked: We liked everything. Very spacious, very clean, the host was very responsive. Everything about the home is good I should say.

Disliked: The toilet flashing was faulty. You had to add water anytime you want to flash.

  The stay was average

  Liked: large rooms

Disliked: The house is very cold. The kitchen has no ventilation when we turned on the stove to cook food and the smoke alarm always went off.
