  Not what I expected from the pictures

  Liked: Smart TV Family size fridge Washing machine

  Disliked: The property access is inconvenient to those with mobility issues. No designated car park, you need to find a spot around the property. No air conditioning or fans in the rooms (small desktop fan/heater that barely produces air), if you leave windows open you'll be inviting bugs into the property. Before checking out we were asked to collect all the rubbish and dispose of them, I had to take the rubbish home with me since there were no designated communal bins to dispose of them.

  Would not return. Property has an overall dirty vibe. Did not feel comfortable

  Liked: The only part we liked about this property was the location. It was about a 10 min walk to the beach and the property was easy to find and check in.

  Disliked: The overall vibe of the property was dirty. The first thing we noticed was the weird smell, I’m guessing because of the carpets. One person in our party got bit on their legs after she sat on the sofa in the living room. We didn’t feel at ‘home’ because we felt uncomfortable. We checked out about 24 hours early. I will not be returning.

  Completely over priced and underwhelming

  Liked: Co-op across the road is handy for essentials.

  Disliked: Did not advertise that it was a second floor flat without lift access, having a disabled woman in our party, this caused us a problem straight away. The parking situation needs to be made much clearer. The "waiver charge" of £30 non-refundable to be able to check in is absolutely appalling, especially given the condition of the place. There was a disposable razor left in the bathroom from previous tenants, no bath mat provided and the shower head was in poor condition spraying water over the screen and onto the floor. The overall cleanliness was not at a standard I would expect when paying £555 for a 2 night stay. We were also welcomed into the flat with a rancid smell of stale cigarettes, which I didn't appreciate with us having a toddler present. We definitely have not received the service that the money we paid should have provided us with.

  Rubbish

  Liked: Location no good I did not like any of it sorry

  Disliked: Upgrade your furniture make the apartment more modern everything is old and was not clean sofa was dirty and cheap and tacky was horrible and the kettle was old and filled with lime scales very disgusting broken net curtain in bathroom worse apartment I’ve ever booked was not worth the money if anything they should give me back atleast £100 cause it wasn’t right for the price

  Nice place to stay with friends

  Liked: Location of the unit is nearby the city centre. There is also a small grocery shop in front of the property. Good location overall.

  Disliked: The unit is located at 2nd floor of the building. We travelled with small kids and with big luggages. It is inconvenient to carry all our luggages upstairs without any lif. Should hv mentioned in the detail descriptions, no lif and location of the unit.
