  Easy parking, great location

  Liked: Superb location for a gig at the Wedgewood Rooms. Easy off street parking. Clear instructions for self check in were received in advance and worked very well.

  Good for student or backpacker only

  Liked: Location is really all it’s got going for it.

  Disliked: I would only recommend this property to a student or backpacker. Very uncomfortable bed, room smells of damp and felt like I was back in my university halls of residence. The only window we could open was a door which lead onto the public roads.

  Great stay

  Liked: Great ground floor room. Fairly spacious. Host greeted us and helped us get settled when we arrived. Excellent communication. Great value.

  Disliked: Everything was great. Is on a busy street but our apartment was quiet.

  Liked: It's a nice, good value place. Very clean, convenient bus right outside to the centre or beach. The facilities are mostly good. The bed was very comfortable. Mostly quiet, except for a couple of nights when there were very noisy people above (but the management can't help that).

  Disliked: The name is confusing. The building has a sign on the gate saying 'Southsea Inn' and another bigger one on the building saying "Southsea Apartments. No mention of any Green Studio! My room was on the ground floor and had French windows which opened straight into the car park at the back, which connected with the street. It was very hot and stuffy so I had to open the French windows but this felt insecure - at one point a guy I think was a builder tried to walk in! He apologised but it still felt strange. Obviously I couldn't have it open at night so I had to have the fan on a lot, but it was still uncomfortable for sleeping. The 'kitchen' was basic compared to description, but adequate
