  Liked: The apartment was very cozy, with a wonderful atmosphere. Communication with the host very effective. We were allowed to check in earlier than standard check-in time, which was incredible after a long journey. The apartment is on the ground floor facing the street but for a short stay with being outside a lot it was absolutely fine.

  Well located for the historic dockyards

  Liked: Excellent location with just a short walk to the historic dockyards. The facility to be able to pay for parking near the apartment was very useful. The host was very responsive and answered our queries promptly.

  Disliked: The bathroom towel rail was a bit loose and one of the bedroom blinds was difficult to raise in the morning. These were very minor details though.

  Great location near Gum Wharf

  Liked: Location was excellent

  Disliked: The towels are too small. Investment in bed sheets would be good. The towel rail is loose. The ironing board cover is not attached securely. The toaster wouldn’t work

  Very disappointed 😢

  Liked: Location was great

  Disliked: Left waiting outside for check in details, there are no City views. Floor in kitchen sticky! Had TV on and then tried to use electric cooker and whole place kept tripping out. Sorry Guys all positive comments are rubbish. Next to Main Road couldn’t open Windows for fresh air! Shower screen leaking and squeaky doors. Me and my Partner travel frequently and very dissatisfied. Oh and towels and lined very poor quality. Cutlery awful. Didn’t even have a plug for kitchen sink so I could was up!!!

  Great little apartment with everything provided

  Liked: The host was extremely helpful in sending information and arranging parking. Maryam was attentive in providing information about access to the property and amenities with the flat. Very modern apartment with lots of utensils and some provisions available.

  Disliked: The key safe to obtain the keys was difficult to open. After several attempts without success, we had to phone the host who was helpful in guiding us. Very limited services on the tv. Only freeview available. There were a few white spots on the bedsheet.
