  Parking good, bin should be empty!

  Liked: Easy parking with a permit

  Disliked: Attic bedroom head height a problem. The bin wasn’t emptied which is poor, particularly at this price point.

  Nice place!

  Liked: Much bigger than expected and the outside bath was great! I'm 191cm tall and could fully submerge up to my neck in it!!

  Disliked: Couldn't figure out how to get the outside shower to have heated water but no biggy. Only thing being surrounded with the smell of maryjane while outside but that's to be expected of Portsmouth

  "Lovely Portsmouth Surprise"

  Liked: James left us some lovely food and he was very accomodating!! The Vineyard was a lovely hideaway and with the outside Rolltop Bath a lovely Surprise for my Son who had run the Great South to relax in!! Thank You for a lovely, comfortable stay x

  Disliked: Nothing to not like!! Toaster might be handy though James x

  Fabulous stay in a unique and special property

  Liked: The property was great with unusual, quirky touches making it very unique. Loved having a hot bubble bath under the vines! Lovely continental breakfast supplies left for us in the fridge and a great range of teas and coffees. A toaster would have been ideal but we were able to put bread under the grill. Would also suggest some hangers for clothes as only drawers available in the bedroom. Great location and the property really reflected the Southsea vibe! The host was great with communication and made our stay very special.

  would recommend for a comfortable stay in Southsea

  Liked: Breakfast supplied was good. Location was good Outside area was lovely. Very clean, Comfy main bedroom and living room. Large television. Well equipped kitchen. On street parking vouchers provided

  Disliked: We felt the second bedroom was a bit small, maybe more suitable for a child. However main bedroom was lovely and roomy with a very comfortable bed. We couldn't find a hairdryer or toaster
