Liked: Loved the old building in a convenient central location. The room was clean comfortable and well equipped.

Disliked: Parking could be an issue if you have mobility issues as it is over a hundred metres away. The hotel can issue a 24 hr pass at an extra cost

Fun but needs more pizzazz in the rooms. Great value

Liked: Breakfast was good and very British! The location was exceptional!

Disliked: The room was boring millennial grey and not as cool as the photos. Also, they were doing construction but only started at 8:00 (they said 8:30 but it started getting loud at 8:00).

Parking not included even though advertised. Nice food. Nice character property. Thin walls

Liked: Amazing character property. Nice food.

Disliked: Parking was advertised, but it’s an additional payment on arrival. The walls are paper thin, so we were woken at 5 am by a couple talking.

    True Medieval experience

Liked: Comfortable well appointed warm room. Hotel was full of character. The restaurant served a good variety of tasty food. Nice atmosphere. Very good position for the city centre. Friendly helpful staff

Disliked: Access to the room was tricky and for the less able very challenging but this is a 500 year old building
