  Fantastic overall

Liked: Location is brilliant with west quay being practically throwing distance as well some of the dock terminals, with the rest of the terminals, southampton central station and the town centre being walking distance or a 5/10 minutes car ride. The staff were great, I loved the bar/seating area and the complimentary cocktail was also pretty good. It's clean, smells nice, has enough storage for a short stay and we couldn't hear any neighbours or outside noises barring a cruise ship's alarm malfunction/system test going off one morning, which despite being incredibly loud and close, was barely audible with the window shut.

Disliked: Parking outback is a little expensive and spaces are quite limited but it's still cheaper than the multistory or the open air opposite. A minor gripe but there was an option to connect and stream from a device to the TV but it wasn't available at the time, a little annoying if you wanted to stream something from your phone/laptop without logging into personal accounts and potentially risking personal information.
