Beware disabled travellers - do not enter, never again for us

Liked: Thi apology and as we left, he followed my husband arguing, and I was harangued in the car by another staff member. We are seasoned travellers and know you get what you pay for. This ranks amongst our worst experiences ever - on the plus side the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. That does not outweigh this appalling customer device - and lack of understanding of customers with disabilities.

Disliked: Lack of access, miss selling as suitable for people with disabilities, death trap car park, deep stairs with no handrail defensive owner who along with a staff member shouted abuse rather than acknowledge the problem and offer an apology

Excellent stay, clean, comfortable rooms, good food and such helpful staff

Liked: Everything! The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was great. We had to leave early in the morning and they arranged to keep us a late breakfast which was so kind.

Liked: Hotel was lovely staff couldn't do enough would stay again when going on a cruise

Disliked: If I had to be picky it would be, Coming out of the side hotel when it's dark there is a small step over metal step and it's a trip hazard, there is no warning sign I did trip luckily I managed to stay on my feet others won't an it's down 2 concrete steps definitely broken bones
