Guest reviews
Very good
Good
Liked: Good location
Disliked: The bathroom sink was blocked and the bar closed at 10pm which was random
Liked: Excellent experience 👏 👌 👍🏻 🙌
Met expectation
Liked: Room, no fan so window always open. With hight of bath there should be a grab rail for the shower.
Disliked: Bloody Toaster - haven't found one of this type in the many hotels world wide that toast properly. Need to have a device with a simple dial (user friendly) for done, well done.
Disappointing experience generally
Liked: room was ok. lovely view.
Disliked: overstretched staff who couldn't cope with a coach booking. Dinner menu very restricted, not as advertised. Dreadful and dangerous roadside location with no adveryised drop-off/ pick-up arrangements.
Very comfortable stay with excellent breakfast close to train station
Liked: Excellent location. Good decor.
Disliked: The spa was disappointing. Also very patchy wifi and 4G in room. TV kept freezing.
Liked: Good location, just a few minutes walk into the town. Great spa, pool, sauna. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. Concierge parking is amazing facility and essential for St Ives parking situation.
Disliked: Breakfast is a little underwhelming.
