Enjoyable stay shame about the bed, I did not sleep well

Liked: It was lovely, good atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly. The bedroom was cosy and very comfortable. Great breakfast
Liked: Great view of harbour. Wonderful balcony. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff (especially Fred!)
Disliked: Tiny bathroom. With a sink the size of a kleenex box.
Great location with superb views, small rooms and worlds tiniest sink but the view!
Liked: fantastic location with views across to St Ives harbor and off to godrevy lighthouse in the distance. Saw seals from our room and a peregrine flew past at breakfast. Its really all about the location
Disliked: The nearest parking is a lottery. People waiting to grab your spot even if you're just popping back to the car to get something. If you can't park there, the next nearest is quite a long walk away

Liked: Room was very good with an amazing view. Breakfast superb, sadly we didn't eat other than breakfast but the food looked fantastic. Staff could not do enough for you, friendly, polite went above and beyond.

Liked: - Beautiful room and location with an unparalleled view over the sea - Incredible staff and facilities, even though the hotel was busy, it was still very calm and quiet around the rooms. - The rooftop bar and restaurant were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious
