Guest reviews
Very good
Clean, comfrtable 1 bed apartment
Liked: Location was quiet but only 5 mins from Leami stone Spa. Great shops a few mins away
Disliked: Bedroom very light as only blinds at window, so found it difficult to sleep Limited cooking pans and only 1 teaspoon in cutlery drawer
Disappointed
Disliked: Broken appliances and not being informed, temp appliances defective aswell! Leaking shower & toilet Lack of condiments (tea/coffee etc) when arriving late and listed on property particulars
Liked: Comfortable flat, kitchen had everything needed, tv was tuned in not just apps you have to sign into. Comfy bed too
Really dropped the ball
Liked: Great layout of property. Nice and quiet
Disliked: The communication with the maintenance team was very poor. I reported the plug in the bath not working and that there was no hot water in the bath taps. The bath itself wasn't particularly clean. The plug and no hot water were not rectified, nor were we contacted back by the maintenance team as promised.
Liked: Quiet and peaceful location. Very comfortable accommodation.
Disliked: All good no comment to make
Liked: Fitted our needs close to venue
Disliked: Arrived property not cleaned
